"In August 2005 we made the decision to move to Australia. Having no experience in this whatsoever we trailed the Internet looking for help. We came across various agency's who claimed to be able to help, but when asked questions had no answers. We then were recommended A new life abroad by our friends who are also making the move. last 19 months we have been close to despair believing that we would never gain our visa, all this time they have been there reassuring us, at times we are sure that when our names appeared on Clair's e-mail she must have thought oh my god now what, however all our questions have always been answered if not the day we asked then normally within 24 hours. Our legal representative Angela Adam has also been a fantastic support network.
